Trainer Katie Senigaglia has been studying Pilates for eight years. She received her initial Pilates training from the Physicalmind Institute and then went to New York to train with Kelly Kane. Katie completed the Personal Trainer course work and certification at De Anza College and then was certified as a Personal Fitness Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine®.

Katie is a certified massage therapist and holds her Pilates certification with Pilates Method Alliance (PMA). She has taken specialty courses in Osteoporosis, Posture Assessment, Functional Training and Small Apparatus. Katie is currently in a formal mentorship program with physical therapist Sherry Brourman and studying to complete her yoga training. She holds a B.A. in Anthropology and enjoys watercolor painting, hikes, and her family in her free time.
