Trainer Katie Senigaglia has studied Pilates for 15 years and holds a masterís of science degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in geriatric exercise. She received her initial Pilates training from the Physicalmind Institute under the guidance of Tom McCook and then went to New York for further study with Kelly Kane. She is certified in personal training through the American College of Sports Medicine® and in Pilates through the Pilates Method Alliance. She has additional certifications in gait assessment, scoliosis, osteoporosis, massage therapy and yoga instruction. In her spare time Katie enjoys hiking, gardening and most importantly time with her family.
